Our agreements and offers are subject to the general terms and conditions established by the Vereniging ter Behartiging van den Nederlandschen Aardappelhandel (V.B.N.A.) and the Vereniging van Nederlandse Exporteurs van Aardappelen (VENEXA). These general terms and conditions were filed with the Clerk of the District Court in The Hague on July 15, 1986.
